Shipping Policy

We usually operate within two to three days of handling time.

We use multiple carriers:

  • Purolator
  • Canada Post
  • Loomis
  • GLS/Dicom
  • Midland
  • UPS
  • LTL carriers, etc.

Orders will usually be delivered within 5 to 7 business days

There is no Express, Same Day or Next Day options

If you wish to purchase 5 products or more, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

Warranty

We take pride in offering you complete peace of mind when you choose our Lotus Lamps and offer a one year warranty after the day of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return/Refund Conditions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lotus-lamps.com. Please note that you will have to pay shipping fees to return your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
